Cold rooms, for positive and negative temperatures

Tecnofrigo Service offers the construction of cold rooms, for positive and negative temperatures, with insulating prefabricated panels of the sandwich type with male-female interlocking with polyurethane foam core and external laminates of different types.

  • Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet pre-painted with non-toxic, polyester paint in white Ral 9010 (PR) color.
  • Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet plasticized with PVC film 110 μ white Ral 9010 (PL) color;
  • AISI 304-2B (IX) stainless steel sheet;
  • AISI 304 stainless steel sheet plasticized with PVC film in white Ral 9010 (PX) color;
  • AISI 304 stainless steel sheet pre-painted with polyester paint in white Ral 9010 (VX) color;
  • Fiberglass laminate (fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin) with the visible part made from gelcoat of UV-stabilized polyester resin suitable for food contact. Laminate thickness can be requested from 20/10 or 30/10 mm, obtained by continuous hot lamination.
  • tandard: rigid polyurethane foam (PUR); average density 41 kg/m3 ± 10%; initial thermal conductivity λ = 0.02 W/m K; cells closed 95%. Reaction to fire according to EN 13501-1: Euroclass C s3 d0.
  • Optional: poly-isocyanurate rigid foam (PIR); average density 41 kg/m3 ± 10%; initial thermal conductivity λ = 0.02 W/m K; cells closed 95%. Reaction to fire according to EN 13501-1 Euroclass B s2 d0 EN 13501-1.
